Harry has been in Real Estate investments along with diverse business ownership and operations for over 20 years.
A true, young entrepreneur at heart, he started in the construction industry early 1990s and in less than a few years, he was able to own and operate an electrical service company.
His early success allowed him to partake in import/export, fleet towing, and janitorial services industries consequently.
In 2001, Harry decided to get in the health industry by opening and operating an Adult Day Health Care outpatient facility with 37 employees.
After operating it for a few years successfully he sold the business with an excellent profit and bought another outpatient facility that was failing and was able to turn it around, making it profitable and able to be resold with good profit.
In 2007, Harry obtained his DRE Real Estate Broker License, a dream he had since 2002, when he got his Real Estate Agent License.
That led him into wanting to explore the Real Estate market more in-depth by working on projects like business consultation and buying and selling of properties as well as business opportunities.
In 2010 Harry became a part owner in a sub-prime finance company where he was able to gain more experience in finance. As recently as 2012, Harry decided to tap into a new business venture, the food industry, by purchasing his first restaurant in Simi Valley.
In less than nine months, he turned an old Cajon restaurant into a very profitable Mexican fast food restaurant with 9 employees.
Now, after 20 years of diversified experiences, Harry has decided to dedicate his time in consulting potential clients to make smart choices during their transactions, whether to buy their first home or business, by offering his incomparable expertise and knowledge.
